Genuine Flashlube Valve Saver Fluid has become the only product in the world to be granted TUV approval in a road test, for valve seat protection.
Using the patented Flashlube Electronic Valve Saver Kit, the fluid is the first product to have been tested in a road test, as opposed to the laboratory testing previously used for vacuum kits, which does not account for the vacuum variation experienced in differing driving conditions.
While vacuum kits can be TUV certified through these laboratory tests, TUV’s Road Test accreditation has been granted to this electronic kit that uses an Electronic Control Unit (ECU), governed by the engine duty cycle to moderate a consistent injection of the fluid to ensure steady and reliable protection.
Invented in 1979 by German scientist Wolfgang Kluenner, Flashlube Valve Saver Fluid was the first product in the world to protect against Valve Seat Recession in LPG or CNG powered vehicles, and has been a world leader in engine additives ever since, now boasting a network of stockists and dealers in over 80 countries worldwide.
The accreditation is just the latest triumph for the Flashlube brand, which was awarded the innovation award for its Electronic Valve Saver Kit technology at the 2011 LPG Show in Warsaw after over 5 years of research and development.
“This announcement proves to be another significant step in the company’s incredible journey”, says Flashlube General Manager James Dean from Australia.
Genuine Flashlube Valve Saver products are now labelled and packaged to display the TUV approval logo and are available from Flashlube’s dealer network. |
