In February 2011, Greenfuel Energy Solutions in Gurgaon and WEH Gas Technology signed a contract to build a WEH Service Center. Just about eleven months later, on the 17th of January 2012, the Service Centre was officially inaugurated.

   During a joint ceremony, Michael Doering, Managing Director at WEH, underlined the importance of this investment for India, one of the largest expanding markets for CNG refuelling in the world. Through this agreement, both partners are committed to ensuring the same high-quality after-sales service in maintenance and repair of WEH CNG products. All test benches, tools, original spare parts and other auxiliary equipment meet the strict WEH quality standards.

   The new Service Center is located in Gurgaon (Delhi), directly in the center of the Indian automotive supply industry and not far away from the headquarters of Marut Suzuki, India’s largest and most successful automotive manufacturer.

   WEH has been a pioneer in the field of alternative fuels since 1986. It laid the foundation for the worldwide NGV1 standard by developing a complete range of products for NGV refuelling: from receptacles and check valves in vehicles to fuelling nozzles, filling hoses, breakaway-couplings and filters for fuelling stations.

   Currently WEH is a leading manufacturer of CNG and H2 refuelling systems and partner of many automotive manufacturers. Its products are ideally suited for self-service operation. Safety, ease of operation and the well executed design of WEH products have led to widespread acceptance and customer satisfaction and have been a major step in the development of alternative fuels.
