October 11, 2010. On October 4, 2010 Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Sergey Kudriashov has issued the Order 475 “On the Establishment of the Working Group to Develop Proposals on the use of LPG and Natural Gas as a transportation Fuel”.

   There are 24 members in this team chaired by Deputy Minister Kudriashov. Deputy Minister of Agriculture Alexander Petrikov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of Gazprom Alexander Ananenkov, Senator Bato Zhambalnimbuev, managers of all major oil and gas companies and auto manufacturers are invited into the Working Group. Eugene Pronin from Gazprom was appointed the Secretary of the Working Group (WG). The principal mission of the WG is to prepare mid and long term proposals to build up the use of LPG and natural gas for vehicles in the Russian Federation.
