May 7, 2026. Productive mobility in the urban and peri-urban areas of the Colombian capital is undergoing an unprecedented phase of cost optimization. In this context, the Mova dealership, strategically located in the Fontibón district, has strengthened its portfolio with the acquisition of 10 units of the DFAC | Dongfeng Captain W NGV model. The decision responds to an “honest market assessment” that detected a sustained increase in customers interested in distribution solutions using clean fuels.

Technically, the Captain W NGV is designed to withstand the demands of intensive delivery. Its mechanical configuration delivers 117 horsepower and a maximum torque of 16 kgm. With a cargo bed length of 3.8 meters and a payload capacity of 1,750 kg, it establishes itself as a versatile platform for transporting food, courier services, and last-mile logistics.

One of the greatest assets of this model is its architecture focused on safety and maneuverability, incorporating electric power steering and front disc brakes. Furthermore, its gross vehicle weight of 3,000 kg allows it to operate with agility on the frequent and repetitive routes that characterize Bogotá’s logistics.

The decisive factor for Mova and fleet managers is the cost per kilometer traveled. According to Erick Gutiérrez, General Manager of Magma Automotive, the Capitán W NGV offers a solution where efficiency is combined with lower operating costs.

The brand projects that, in the medium term, sales of gas-powered trucks will reach 50% of its volume, responding to the energy transition underway in the country.

In addition to the competitive price, DFAC | Dongfeng offers a purchase bonus, along with leasing options and a consolidated after-sales service.
