March 29, 2023. Iveco delivered 10 S-Way LNG trucks to Tservice SPA, an Italian company that deals with transport and logistics.
The units, model AS440S46T/P LNG, are equipped with two liquefied natural gas (LNG) tanks and Living Comfort Plus packages, with two beds, independent cabin heating, extractable refrigerator, additional lights, Premium Style, Full LED, Aero PLUS, alloy wheels and ADR system. In addition, they may be powered by biomethane for a reduction of emissions of up to 121% and will be used for connections between the hubs present in national and international territory.
Service drivers will have the opportunity to participate in the specific Iveco Ecosmart training course on the purchased vehicles, which will make a significant contribution to improving fuel consumption. The course will be dedicated to the in-depth study of all the functions of the biomethane-powered truck in order to guarantee each driver the best way to drive it.
