January 29, 2023. ColliCare Logistics works with environmental transport in different ways for a sustainable future. For the Norwegian company, working together with its customers for sustainable transport to a greener future is essential.

The company wants to offer more environmentally friendly alternatives such as boat, train and biogas-powered road transport. In the future, be able to offer sustainably throughout the entire production chain. It is vital that “Last Miles” should also be green.

In the spring, the first electric direct train rolls out from the terminal in Cremona in Italy for further transport to the terminal in Skaraborg in Sweden. In addition, to complement the train, it is now investing in changing its traditional road transport with biogas powered trucks.

ColliCare already has vehicles that run on electricity. Now it shows off its first four Scania trucks that run on vehicle gas LBG. Most trucks are on the way during Q1, with delivery from Scania.

“Green transformation is important both for our customers and us. We ordered ten trucks in the first round, and now the demand from customers is high after the first four biogas trucks are ready. So more trucks are needed. It’s great that our customers appreciate our project for a more sustainable future with more environmentally friendly transport options,” said Kenjiro, Product Manager at ColliCare Sweden.
