October 30, 2019. The HAM Group opens its first liquefied natural gas (LNG) service station in Murcia, Spain, located on Highway N-344, km7, 30565, Las Torres de Cotilla (38.032651, -1.236596). Its location on the N-344, national road that connects Almeria with Valencia, via Jumilla and Yecla, is just 5 minutes from the A-7, also known as the Mediterranean motorway, which connects the Mediterranean coast from Algeciras to Barcelona, passing through strategic points of road transport such as Malaga, Alicante, Castellón and Tarragon.
It is a modern mobile refueling station, with a 60 cubic meters tank, which allows the supply of liquefied natural gas to heavy vehicles. Customers can access the mobile station 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using any credit card or debit, or using the HAM card for professionals, in the case of companies and freelancers.
Currently, HAM has several mobile filling stations (HAM Sevilla CNG-LNG, Riba-roja de Túria LNG…), distributed in different points of the state geography, thus allowing access to compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas, in locations where customers do not have easy access to an alternative, clean, sustainable and environmentally friendly fuel, thanks to a 95% reduction in the emission of fine particles, 35% in the emission of nitrogen oxides and 15% of CO2. In addition, LNG allows customers to save 30-50%, thanks to the difference in prices between liquefied natural gas compared to other more polluting fuels.
With the opening of the HAM Murcia LNG mobile station, HAM Group currently has a network of 37 service stations, distributed in strategic points of the state and European geography.
