July 23, 2023. Aliara Energía, a leading company in the distribution and sale of compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) for vehicles through its own infrastructure, consolidates its new filling station in Palencia in just four months after its inauguration. Located in the Becerril del Carpio service area, on the N611 road, in the town of Alar del Rey, it has doubled the number of customers in this time thanks not only to its strategic location, but also to the offer of services and facilities available, designed especially for road transport professionals.
In a short time, this facility has become a reference within the Aliara Energía network in Spain, already present in seven Autonomous Communities. The position of this LNG and CNG refueling station is strategic in connection with Burgos, León, Cantabria, Valladolid and Salamanca, as well as with the routes to Galicia and France. This is essential for professionals with vehicles powered by natural gas, thus guaranteeing their mobility to or from all these destinations.
One of the main clients of Aliara Energía in Palencia is Ecologistic, the main national logistics operator in the field of recycling and part of the Grupo Ilunion. Specialized in the transport of WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment), it has made sustainability one of its fundamental values, something that it transfers to both its operations and its fleet of vehicles, which incorporate the use of alternative and efficient energies such as natural gas.
