The Cruise Bus resumes its activity with new natural gas vehicles

The Cruise Bus starts again with the arrival of the first cruise passengers to Barcelona, and it also does so by launching new CNG vehicles.

July 13, 2021. Moventis, the Moventia division that operates in four areas of land transport: regular, discretionary, public bicycle and tourist services, takes up the Cruise Bus activity. It is the shuttle bus service, which connects the Port of Barcelona with the Moll of Barcelona C, next to the World Trade Center, and which is operated by Transports Ciutat Comtal (TCC), a company that belongs to Moventis.

After the service stop caused by the pandemic, the Cruise Bus starts again with the arrival of the first cruise passengers to Barcelona, and it also does so by launching new compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, in line with Moventis’ commitment to the sustainable mobility.

Specifically, the Cruise Bus connects the cruise terminals of the Adosado Wharf and the Portal de la Pau with the start of the Ramblas of Barcelona and other transports that connect with the city center, in a five-minute journey, being the best alternative both for cruise passengers in transit who wish to visit the city of Barcelona, as well as for travelers who start or end their cruise in Barcelona.
