August 4, 2024. Primax inaugurated a new service station located at km 453 of the Panamericana Sur in the city of Nazca (Ica). This new facility represents a significant advance in the service station network in Peru, offering innovations and unique benefits for transporters and drivers.

As part of its offer, the Nazca station is distinguished by being supplied with natural gas through tankers, using a virtual gas pipeline system. In addition, it offers a full range of fuel products, including diesel, liquids and CNG. This strategic location makes it the key sales point for natural gas in southern Peru, providing greater autonomy to companies in the transport sector in the region.

Likewise, with a high CNG dispatch capacity, the station is equipped to serve both fleets of trucks and buses as well as vehicles that provide public and private transport services. Thinking about the benefit and comfort of all its customers, the availability of the CNG dispatch service for light and heavy vehicles will allow transport companies to operate with greater flexibility and efficiency on their routes to the south of the country.

Drivers of heavy vehicles will have significant improvements in efficiency and loading times thanks to high-flow dispatch systems. Refueling operations for light vehicles will be completed in 4 to 6 minutes, while for buses and trucks the time will be 13 to 18 minutes, depending on the amount of fuel required.

Hoping to provide a quality service, Primax will guarantee a constant and reliable supply of CNG, by having a supply and storage redundancy system, which includes a tanker in transit and a CNG backup. In addition, the supplier will be able to use telemetry systems to check the CNG stock in real time and schedule refueling when required.
