Express Cherokee modernizes its fleet with new CNG trucks

Express Cherokee has modernized part of its fleet with the acquisition of 26 SITRAK C9H CNG model trucks.

December 3, 2024. Express Cherokee, a Mexican company with more than 30 years of experience, has modernized part of its fleet with the acquisition of 26 SITRAK C9H CNG model trucks, thereby reaffirming its commitment to safety and sustainability.

“We are introducing new generation SITRAK compressed natural gas units, thanks to the experience we have with C7H trucks,” said Bernardo Cuevas, General Director of the company, during the delivery of vehicles at CBS Center.

Ramsés Pérez, President of the Board of Directors of Comercializadora del Bajío SITRAK (CBS), thanked the Board of Directors of Express Cherokee for their trust in acquiring the brand’s new model: “They are customers who have been very loyal to the company, they trust the brand and have been working with us for years.”

The executive recalled that it was precisely Express Cherokee that acquired the first trucks of the brand, which were the C7H model. In this sense, he recognized Bernardo Cuevas’ vision: “He had the desire to bring a different product, to try a different solution. Today, the C9H is here also because of him.”

“Thanks to Cherokee for the desire to bring a new model with the safety of the operators in mind and, above all, for continuing to renew and being the first in advanced technology,” added Pérez.
