August 7, 2026. As part of its bus fleet renewal program, the Beauvaisis Agglomeration Community in France has acquired four new Iveco natural gas buses with an investment of €1.5 million.
These new vehicles, with a capacity of approximately 80 passengers (including 23 seats and 2 wheelchair spaces), are equipped with air conditioning for the comfort of both passengers and drivers.
They also feature a blind spot detection system at the front and on both sides, four closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras, a reversing camera, and two side-mounted cameras in the doors.
The first bus, delivered today, is already in service on the network. The other three units will be delivered soon.
The Oise Joint Public Transport Authority (SMTCO) is supporting this investment with a financial contribution of up to 35%.
