Bolivian Automotors (BA) presented the six new additions of the Russian family Lada in the Bolivian market: the Granta, in its versions Sedan AT, Liftback AT and Cross MT; the Vesta, in its Sport and NGV editions; and the Largus also with equipment of Natural Gas for Vehicles (GNV) from factory.
“We have made a significant investment to bring the full range of Lada and meet all the needs of our loyal customers,” said Johnny Salvatierra, executive president of the importer, who represents the Russian brand in the country since 2014.
The Granta Sedan AT family and the Liftback AT hatchback have 1.6 liter and 98 hp engine, ABS+EBD brakes, automatic transmission, double airbag, air conditioning, alloy hoops and radio with bluetooth connection. The Cross MT truck, in turn, is equipped with a 1.6-liter and 87-hp engine, ABS+EBD brakes, mechanical box, 19.8-centimeter ground clearance and alloy rings. All three come with prices starting at USD 14,900.
The Vesta Sport, on the other hand, has a 1.8-liter and 150 hp engine, as well as suspension, steering and modified brakes for competitive driving. Its NGV edition includes a 1.6-liter, 106 hp engine (with the capacity to travel up to 1,000 km between natural gas and gasoline), ABS+EBD safety systems, stability control, traction control, ascent assistance, electric steering and a clearance of 18 cm from the ground.
The Largus NGV truck, finally, is equipped with 1.6-liter and 106 hp engine, ABS and EBD brakes, electric windows, central locking and power steering, among other features, according to information from the Russian motorized manufacturer.
