April 7, 2022. Iveco delivered 20 Daily CNG to Ecoambiente, a company that deals with the collection and disposal of waste, for the environmental hygiene services of the Italian territory.
The 20 Daily CNG, model 72C14GA8 with right hand drive, are equipped with a 136 hp, 3000 cc, 500 liter capacity tank (220 liters in cylinders in the frame and 280 liters in the rear cabin) and automatic transmission. The vehicles have the Omb Technology (Busi Group) T-Rex waste collection and compaction system consisting of a 7-cubic-meter tank with a rammer and container tipper. The shovel-truck compactor tipping tanks are made of Domex for strength and durability and are ideal for the door-to-door waste collection system in small municipalities, historic centers, mountain resorts and large cities. The T-Rex configuration for Ecoambiente includes the latest technology available, with an on-board color screen, a geolocation system and a garbage label reader with telematic data transmission.
