French alternative fuels infrastructure company Proviridis has opened a new Vgas-branded station in Saint-Martin-de-Crau, a commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in southern France.
The 24-hour Vgas station is equipped with a compressed natural gas (CNG) and two liquefied natural gas (LNG) dispensers and is manned by a pump attendant to support drivers.
Vgas is set to open another station in Plan d’Orgon in line with its plans to establish a network of 18 natural gas stations in the region in three years.
In June, Vgas opened an LNG station in Saint Quentin Fallavier, 30 km south east of Lyon.
